Public Service Announcement Videos
Opioid Campaign
The following is a video campaign that I produced using local actors targeting primarily young males between the ages of 12 and 25 highlighting the highly addictive nature of prescription pain medication. These videos were distributed to our target audience via our YouTube channel, with the links disseminated through the initiative's social media platforms and website, via paid advertising on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, and via paid advertising as local television commercials, most notably on ESPN and ESPN 2 during the commercial breaks of each of the March Madness games.

Family Wellness Campaign
Following is a campaign series created for Northwestern Community Services Board's Family Wellness initiative, a campaign to teach parents tips about a variety of topics. I collaborated with another filmmaker to create this campaign.
BE A GOOD INFLUENCE
This video, created in a comedic tone, is a reminder to parents to model good behavior for their kids, who are paying attention to their parents' words and actions.
THIRD HAND SMOKE
This video teaches parents about the harmful effects of third hand smoke.
DEPRESSION
This video shows a parent going out of her way in caring for her teenager's health and well-being to show that even the most well-intentioned parents neglect to check in regularly with their child's mental health. It informs parents that 1 in 5 teenagers suffer from mental health issues and reminds them to look after their child's mental health too.
NO DIP
This ad, developed for Page Alliance for Community Action, a nonprofit member organization of Northwestern Prevention Collaborative, targeted youth with prevention messaging surrounding chewing tobacco use.
Underage Drinking Campaign
This campaign was produced for Page Alliance for Community Action to educate parents on the dangers of underage drinking on the adolescent brain.
Underage Drinking 1
This video describes how underage drinking can hinder the development of the hippocampus, which can impair memory and potentially make people more vulnerable to developing anxiety disorders and PTSD.
Underage Drinking 2
This video explains how underage drinking can stunt adolescent development, including its potential to delay puberty, a reduce bone density and inhibit growth hormones.
Underage Drinking 3
This video is specifically about the effects of binge drinking on the adolescent brain, detailing how its potential to alter the brain’s grey and white matter can lead to a decreased attention span and poorer working memory.

The two films below were much smaller, independently produced, pieces. The one on the left, "Snowmageddon 2016," was done essentially in the same vein as a Vine while the one on the right, "Another B Movie," was produced for an introductory film course.
My roles in each of the following two shorts were as producer, director and actor.
